SPONSOR: Veteran Vehicle Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is being sponsored by Beach Bum Auto Sales.

ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be individuals who (a) are legal residents of and currently reside in the contiguous United States; (b) are serving or have served in the active duty, National Guard or Reserve components of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, or Coast Guard and, if discharged or released, have an honorable discharge;(c) have a valid driver’s license and, if selected as the Winner, be able to provide proof of insurance for the selected vehicle; (e) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these official rules; and (e) be 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Proof of eligibility, including proof of military service, may be required before Entrant can be declared the Winner of the Sweepstakes.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on July 19, 2026 (“Entry Period”). All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on July 19, 2026. The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. One winner will be selected by the Board of Directors from Pusching Forward on July 20, 2026 among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period for receipt of one Prize Vehicle, as defined below (potential “Winner”). Winner will be notified on or about July 20, 2026 by phone or email at the phone number or email address provided in the Entry. Winner must respond fully and accurately to Sponsor’s notification within 24 hours from time of notification, or attempted notification is sent, providing any proof of eligibility required by the Sponsor, in order to claim the Prize Vehicle, as detailed below, and must meet all other eligibility requirements in order to be declared the Winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including but not limited to inactive email account, technical difficulties or the failure to actively monitor any email account by Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner and his/her email address, as provided on Entry, the Winner will be declared as the account holder of the email address submitted on Entry. The winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility and return an executed affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, publicity release by a date certain and information for completion of a 1099 US tax form. Any Winner notification not properly answered or met or returned as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of Prize Vehicle, as detailed below, and an alternate Winner will be randomly selected by Sponsor.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.

GENERAL RULES: The decisions of Sponsor are final with respect to all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, and participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. No transfer of Prize Vehicle permitted. Prize Vehicle cannot be awarded in cash. In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than the stated retail value of the Prize Vehicle. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to use Entrant’s name, likeness, voice, address (city and state), and statements and/or testimonials in all media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, in any manner Sponsor deems appropriate without any further compensation or notification to or permission of the respective Entrant, unless prohibited by applicable law. A written agreement of eligibility and right of publicity and IRS forms may be required to be signed by Entrant before award of the Prize Vehicle.

RELEASE: By Entering the Sweepstakes all Entrants, including the Winner, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Sweepstakes partners and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and Prize Vehicle suppliers and each of their respective parent companies and each such companies’ officers, directors, employees, Pusching Forward and its affiliates, directors, employees, voulenteers, and other partners (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, receipt, use or misuse of Prize Vehicle.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any other errors; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail or misdirected email; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt, use or misuse of Prize Vehicle. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as contemplated in these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part without any liability to any Entrant.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or receipt or use of Prize Vehicle shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with Entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages including attorney’s fees, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Florida.

PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by Entrant will be subject to the privacy policy of Sponsor.
