Matthew Pusch received a liver transplant on February 2, 2026. The surgery was around $1.8 million, and while insurance covers most of it, the lifesaving prescriptions Matt needs are not covered, making this a truly life-threatening situation. Matt will also face major out-of-pocket costs for nursing care, living expenses during recovery, and transportation to frequent medical appointments.
